Calpe is accessible from both airports via the AP-7 motorway. The section of the AP-7 between Alicante and Valencia has been toll-free since 2020. From Alicante, the easiest route is to take exit 64 (Altea/Calpe); from Valencia, take the exit towards Benissa and then follow the N-332 road to Calpe. Some of our apartments have their own parking space; this is indicated in the apartment description.

ALSA bus from Alicante airport

The ALSA direct bus (line 527) runs from the airport to Calpe bus station in approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes. Along the way, it stops in Alicante (next to the bus and train stations), L'Alfàs del Pi, and Altea. There are several direct services daily, all during the day; the last one usually departs from the airport around 5:00 PM. Timetables vary depending on the season, so please check the ALSA website or app. You can also purchase your ticket there.

If the direct bus doesn't suit you, there's a non-stop ALSA bus from the airport to Benidorm. From Benidorm, you can reach Calpe by tram.

TRAM: train that runs along the coast

Calpe is connected to Alicante and Benidorm by the TRAM d'Alacant lines. From the airport, take bus C-6 to Alicante city center: at the Luceros stop, transfer to the TRAM. Line L1 goes to Benidorm, where you transfer to line L9 to Calpe station. From January 2025, line L9 will again operate directly between Benidorm and Dénia. This journey is longer than the bus, but convenient if you are already in Alicante. From the TRAM station in Calpe, city buses L1 and L2 run to the beaches.

From Valencia airport

From Valencia Airport, there is a direct ALSA bus to Calpe once a day during the day. At other times, you can reach Valencia's main bus station by metro: take line 3 or 5 to Àngel Guimerà station, transfer to line 1 or 2, get off at Túria station, and walk about 5 minutes. From the bus station, ALSA buses travel to Calpe along the coast. The bus journey takes about 4 hours, while by car it takes approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
