What does property management include?
Here's what we do under a standard property management agreement.
  • We can help you prepare your apartment for rental.
    We help with buying, renovating, furnishing and decorating - from the first step to lease launch.
  • We handle communications with guests
    We look for reliable tenants, carefully screen potential candidates, prepare the rental agreement, assist with visa paperwork, arrange transportation, greet guests, and hand over the keys.
  • Keeping up to date the availability calendar
    We keep an up to date calendar of rentals and check-ins. You will always know when the apartment is occupied and you'll be able to choose convenient dates in advance for you and your family.
  • Maintaining perfect cleanliness and order
    Everything will be clean, comfortable and to the standards of a good reception. We buy all the necessary cleaning and maintenance products ourselves. We keep the appliances clean and working: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, washing machine and others. Everything is ready before the guests arrive: in the bathroom: soap dispenser, small soap and two rolls of toilet paper, and in the kitchen - paper towels, microfiber cloth, dishwashing detergent, a new sponge and three tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. Clean the dishwasher filter regularly and add salt.
  • We supply freshly laundered bed linen and towel
    We provide Apartment with fresh bed linen and towels. Everything is washed in a professional laundry and is always steam-ironed, ensuring clean, soft, and fresh linens, just like in a good hotel.
  • We regularly provide financial reports and pay out income.
    Once a quarter, we provide you with an itemized financial report that includes information on client receipts, recurring and non-recurring expenses, commissions, and disbursements. According to this report, we pay you your net income on an agreed fixed date.
  • We quickly handle minor repairs as they arise.
    We repair damaged walls, replace light bulbs, clean furniture, solve plumbing problems, and handle small purchases of components and supplies.
